Wilburforce J. Walrus
Avuncular conman; serial exploiter of the gullible and wealthy of the kingdom, whom he beguiles with his quick wits and preposterously exaggerated good manners. He lives in a shack on the beach with the Carpenter where they both live on dreams and oysters, waiting for their big chance... but not chasing it too hard.
Clyde McDunk
The Carpenter; the Walrus' somewhat gullible, none-too-bright sidekick. McDunk is less deliberately exploitative than the Walrus; he's more of a benign spirit, more a victim of the company he keeps. Which isn't to say he's above sharing in the spoils of the Walrus' genial swindles.
Princess Scarlett Scarlett is the daughter of the Red King, King Russell III. She's a tough cookie, though every so often her hard-as-nails act cracks, and the eight-year-old girl she really is underneath shows through. Since her dad left the kingdom on a sea voyage (in order to try to get over the death of the Queen, Scarlett's mother), Scarlett has felt responsible for the safety and wellbeing of her little brother...
Prince Russell ("Rusty")
Russell - "Rusty" - is theoretically next in line for the throne if anything happens to the King, though, only being a toddler at the moment, that's not as simple as it sounds. In any case, his mind is wonderfully uncluttered by such matters, being more concerned with the contents of his nose and pointing at butterflies.More characters to be revealed once Snarked #1 hits stores this October!
